Ingredients:
- Tamarind lemon size(extract juice from tamarind by soaking it in hot water)
- Tomato 1
- Jaggery a pinch
- Coriander leaves small bunch
- Coriander seeds 2tsp
- Jeera seeds 1tsp
- Pepper corns 3 tsp
- Garlic 2pods
- Red chilies 2nos
- Oil 1tsp
- Mustard seeds 1tsp
- Curry leaves 10 leaves
- Asefotida apinch
- Red chili 1no
- In the pot take the tamarind juice add salt turmeric powder
- Squeeze one tomato in the tamarind juice mash it with your hand
- Boil the tamarind juice for 3 minutes once the tomato cooked well add coriander stems
- Let it rest for while
- Mean time blend the Rasam powder coarsley
- Now add the rasam powder to tamarind and tomato mixture
- Bring it to boil once bubble starts to coming switch of the stove,add jaggery to it
- Add the seasoning garnish with coriander leaves
