This yummy and simple healthy dish it can be side dish for anything like chapathi ,steamed rice
Ingredients:
Broccoli 2
Onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urud dal 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Salt for taste

Method:
- Clean the Broccoli separate and cut the florets more or less same size
- Heat the pan ,add oil ,mustard seeds ,urud dal ,and cumin seeds
- Once the seeds start splutter add chopped Garlic and Onion
- Fry them until they become golden brown
- Now add broccoli sprinkle some water add enough salt,chilli powder
- Cook them until the broccoli is tender
- Now reduce the flame keep frying until the broccoli are roasted
