Ingredients:
- Tomato 6 medium size
- Onion 2 medium size
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Green chili 3 nos(split)
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urud dal 1 tsp
- Chana dal 2 tsp
- Salt for taste
- Chilli powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Chop Tomato,Onion,Garlic,Ginger finely
- Heat the pan with oil add mustard,channa dal,urud dal, when mustard seeds start to splutter add curry leaves, green chili,and then add garlic and ginger fry them until the garlic turns to golden brown
- Now add onion fry them until golder brown and then all the powder item fry them for a minute
- Now add the chopped tomato and salt
- cook them until all the tomato becomes soft and the oil start to come out
- Garnish with chopped coriander
- Serve it with roti or rice
